Budget Reform

The World Bank Group, supported by the Middle East and North Africa Transition Fund, launched a “New Governance Framework Implementation Support Project” in 2013, aimed at helping the Government achieve its goals in strengthening government transparency, accountability and public participation. One of the aims of the project, is to improve access to fiscal information and enhance performance orientation in budget management.
